Experience
Should be able to provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team, including keeping records of all Sales & Marketing promotion, contracts and agreements. Should be able to coordinate and arrange FAM trips. Act as an event planner for weddings when required. Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, maintaining and and up keeping various filing sales system. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
